Issue Hi!!** I was watching "America's Next Top Model" so if you watch this , you might be able to help me, One of the models said that she was "Legally Blonde" Or Legally Blind" I ddint exactly hear what she said but what are those things, she said was like somekind of illess or something, PLEASE HELP!! Best Tip legally blind is when you have partial vision, you can see shapes and colours but almost everything else is blurry. Others legally blind. If its the girl that has blonde hair and really really blue eyes, she is legally blind. That was from a few seasons ago. i watched it Legally blind, the girl with the blonde hair.
