a friend has just been quoted 拢9500 to put in some cupboards in the kitchen
is this a rip off

Completely, as my partner suffers with Osteo Arthritis my feeling is that anyone diagnosed with this debilitating illness should be eligable to a form of grant. Why pay for people with drug habbits or or alcohol addictions when the people that are in distress through no fault of thier own get limited or any ammount of assistance.
