Am I sick? Mono?

I have a headache, sore throat, and severe tiredness, when I walk up one flight of stairs i have to stop for a few seconds...and clue? I get 9 hours of sleep...why have I been so tired?

Hi there.
You didn't mention if you had been running a fever. Mono is a possiblity but in the fall menengitis (viral as well as bacterial) also is a concern.
Severe neck pain (so bad you don't want to bend your head down) coupled with fever would accompany your other symptoms.
Various types of flu might also be the cause of your symptoms.
Mono would generally cause your lymph nodes (found under your jawbone) to become inflamed and swollen.
Strep throat is another possibility with the symptoms you've presented.
If you are experiencing fever, rash that doesn't turn white with pressure, vomiting and neck pain in any combination, seek emergency medical treatment.
