How can I help the teenager I look after?

Issue
Serious answers please - this is really distressing to her. She has an usual amount of hair growth on her neck, face and chest and has become horribly depressed about it. Is there anything at all that can be done to help her. We've been to the doctors and it's nothing medical.
All the hair removal products say not to use on neck or chest so I'm stuck as to how I can help her, and I desperately want to see her smiling again.
She's so embarrassed about it, I hate to see her like this.
Does anyone know of anything that can be used in these areas?
Please help me, this girl deserves to be so happy, and I want to help her with this so badly.

Best Tip
Have you been to a dematologist? They can use lasers to remove excess hair permanently. Here is a site you can get more information from. Bless you for caring for this young woman and wanting to help her.

The only thing I can think of is laser treatment to kill hair at the root. However this would be expensive.
i would take her to another doctor, the doctor she saw has let her down.
laser hair removal , expensive, but would work.
poor thing, I think the answer would be laser treatment, don't know if it is available on nhs, but if it causing the young lady distress surely something could be done for her, good luck
ya know, a dermatologist is different than Doctors. Have you tried a dermatologist?
has she tried shaving?
