I have sevier wrist pain any idea what to do i cant go to a doctor because of no health insurence?

Issue
I fell yesterday i have very strong pain no swelling in right rist what should i do

Best Tip
there many factors playing to the pain. u could have fractured a bone but u say no swelling so seems to be no fracture but i would still recommend a X ray on it but if u cant do that then i need to know where u have sprained it it could be muscle dislocation or could be muscle spasm or even could be inflammation but u say no swelling so guess that cant be it but if u could give me more detail i could give u the exact thing to do but from all u say i think its cuz u have a slight sprain and its cuz of the spasmatic muscles tendons or ligaments of ur wrist would be the metacarple muscles anyways u can take soem pain killers and also try not to use ur this hand for any kind of work and also use a wrist brace which will keep ur wrist in a proper place and try not to always rest it by keeping it straight for atleast a week with ur wrist brace (a type of bandage thing that holds the wrist) hope its helpful and u could im me to know more (sheeko009) Source(s): Im a Medical Student!

Go to a county hospital to have it looked at. They won't charge you up front, and you can pay it out. You need to have it seen by a doctor.

You can go without insurance - go to a COUNTY hospital. They will treat you without insurance.
You may have broken your hand. Go to the hospital emergency room and let them x-ray it.
u need to talk to A pharmacist
