how do you stay awake all day if you have sleep apniea if your medical help is no good?

Best Tip
did you mean sleep apnea if you have been diagnosed with it you should have a cpap machine. if you feel no better from a nights you may need the pressure the air blows turning up.go see your doctor

Others
have you never heard of amphetamines.
Try getting hold of a salt solution to help clear the nasal passages. Keep your room cool, don't drink hot liquids before going to bed as that dilates the nasal passages. There are several things on the market to help keep your nostrils open.

2 other things that may help. The first is breathing meditation. Meditation is shown to help people breath better, but mainly it helps to rest the mind, which is what you want to achieve through sleep. If you meditate just before bedtime your sleep will be more peaceful and fulfilling.

The second is to look into lucid dreaming, as it will also help you have more fulfilling sleep. Even if you don't become lucid you will learn techniques that aid your sleep.

Otherwise, I suggest a cup of green tea every hour. That way you can stay alert without over cranking your engine with coffee (or amphetamines:)
Do you have to try with different medication, if this medication is not working, your doctor have to give to you, or you have to try with different, doctors. I hope your feel better. (sorry for my spelling.)
Sounds like another trip to your doctor is necessary. Medications are not the cure for sleep apnea. I would have a sleep study done find out if I have sleep apnea. If I did, the usual course of action is to have a CPAP machine and use it. Sleep apnea is serious have it checked out.
RT RCP.
