If bronchitis is infectious there is a cure. If it is viral, wait it out. But see a doctor.
I've had bronchitis twice and was given antibiotics for it, the first time it did not work and so I went to Holland and Barrets and got 'Potter's vegetable cough remover' which worked very well. Also try steam inhalation, breathing in olbas oil- I just dot it on a cuff and smell it when I need to, it helps ease the pain, too, also chamomile tea and honey can help. Do go to the doctors- it can cause permanant problems if left, if you are very short of breath or weasy they will give you inhalers to help.
