Issue I noticed that a bump has been growing bigger on my forehead so i went to the doctor and he said that it was a lipoma. Is there anyone out there that has had this procedure done on the face before. I would like to remove it becos of the way it disfigures my face but i don't want to hurt my facial nerves. Somebody help!! Best Tip don't worry. you can go to a dermatologist and have them remove it right there in the office. they'll just numb the area (you may get a black eye from this but not neccessarily) and remove it. it is virtually painless and should be healed right up in a few days. just put a band aid over it. just use one of those colorful ones like the group TLC used to do, and people will think you're doing it on purpose. don't worry. however, in the future, if you ever have any more bumps like that develop, keep an eye on them. often times they start out as a pimple deep inside your skin, too deep it seems to pop them, but try to pop them if you can even if it will hurt. make sure your hands are clean and pop them. after you pop them, keep putting alcohol on the open wound and go back every few hours to squeeze all the rest of the "puss" out. always keeping alcohol on it to disinfect it. that way it won't turn into a lipoma again. Others see a doctor see a good plastic surgeon before it gets to big or you will for sure. |
