What are these small, tiny, red bumps on my arms and body?

Issue
It looks like tiny ant bites, too small to be chicken pox. It's not to itchy. If I had to put it on a itch scale of 1 through 10, it would be a 3. It's mostly on my triceps. What is it?

Best Tip
if it doesnt bother you it is probably just acne or something else, its not serious at all, I have some too, mine don't bother me at all and look like tiny ant bites/cuts. If they don't bother you dont worry

I'm far from the expert but my girls in college and she got it and i got a good look at it and i same to have a double in the making, two hairs were trying to utilize one pore, considering the Godizzilion pores on your body this is how close you are to perfect, just these few that's not bad and the are so few, and the rest is perfect
Possibly exscema???
it's the Aliens trying to get out...
theyre either dry skin or eczema, if theyre mostly on your triceps its probably dry skin

I have found a very cheap and miraculous solution. I went to a dermatologist for this, she said to use lotion with alpha hydroxy, otherwise not really a lot you can do. So I saw this stuff for $2.74 at wal-mart and thought I'd try it. It's St. ives brand Renew apricot scrub. You just put it on your arms and leave it there for three minutes, then wash it off in the shower. You'll see dramatic improvement in three weeks. I did it, and three other friends. It's worked for everyone.
