I have not been able to sleep for the past 2 weeks and i dont know why?

i cant keep my eyes open but i cant sleep i keep poping up again and again

You may be stressed out. maybe there is something bothering subliminally. Take a chill pill. relax...Maybe try watching a really boring movie.
I go through this a couple time a year...Go get some sleep aids or even try tylenol p.m.
