Question to those on birthcontol (Alesse)?

Issue
First of all, I am not sexually active. Well why then heck am I on birth control you might ask. I have been on Alesse for 5 years, I went on it when I was 17 because I have EXTREMELY painful menstral cramps and my physician thinks it might be endometriosis. She put me on Alesse to help regulate my periods and ease the pain. It works wonders (plus it cleared up my face.)

My question is, has anyone on Alesse (or any birthcontrol pill) found that their periods are shorter and shorter? Even after 5 years, my period has gradually dropped from 4 to 2.5 days.

That is very common with any birth control. I wouldn't worry about it. It is a blessing if you ask me!!
