whats the easiest way to get rid of period pain?

Best Tip
Try a calcium supplement - but you need to take it every day, not just during your period. The first time I had a period after I started calcium, I was scared, because I had never bled before without horrendous cramps, so I thought something awful was wrong. I never have had a really bad period since then.

Take the calcium with food that contains a little oil or other fat for optimal absorption, and Vitamin D is also needed, but you get enough of that if you take a multiple vitamin. Some calcium supplements also have Vitamin D, so choose one of those if you don't take a multiple vitamin.

Calcium is cheap, so you have very little to lose and several pain-free days a month to gain if it helps you the way it helped me. (And there are no side effects except maybe stronger teeth and bones!)

Others
Tylenol can ease the cramp pain.
taking a hot bath has always helped me
Midol and maybe a hot heating pad.
I have found exercise is very good I know its the lastyou you want to do ( I detest exercise) but it does help me. And again not something you would think of an orgasm seems to shift it all completely something I discovered by accident but works a dream!
I used to have really bad cramps before when i just got my period. What I did was
1st- took a pill best one .. Tylenol
2nd- took a really warm shower
3rd- rested on bed with a warm bottle of water and place it where it hurts
4rd -dranked tee with this 4 steps u'll be feeling gr8!
GOOD LUCK
