Of course, you have to be able to stay on it and not cheat a whole lot. sure. eat less and exercise more. be sure to eat a healthy balanced diet, and drink lots and lots of water or other fluids. avoid unhealthy stuff like trans fats and saturated fats. good healthy food choices include fresh wild (not farmed) salmon, skinless chicken breasts, avocados, nuts, soy beans. Yes you can lose a lot of weight in 4 months but it would depends on the amount. If you lose 10 to 20 ponds, that would be good but lose 50 or more then you should go to the doctors. You could have a health problem. But if you have not and you want to try, just eat your fruits and veg. and cut out your white breads and pastas. And try to eat smaller Persians. You can still have those sweets but only a little. Yes you can lose a lot of weight in 4 months. I am a living witness. I was pregnant for 2 years and my weight jumped from 125 pounds to 206 pounds and my height is only 5'2, so you know that's mighty heavy for someone my height. So by the time my youngest, my last child was only about 8 months old I was already fitting my old sizes 3's, 4's, and 5's with no belly fat. But in about 4 months I was already fitting some 5's, but actually fitting 6's and 7's. But I like being petite with an hour glass figure, so I kept going and going until I was satisfied. *Details on how to lose the weight and to keep it off is... *1) Dedication and motivation *2) walking and or jogging 20-30 minutes, only 3 days a week. Don't like walking or jogging, then go out and purchase some kind of cardio exercising dvd or tape and if the dvd or tape requires a 45 minute workout, trust me just 20-30 minutes will be ok. I am a living witness. But when you walk or jog hold your stomach in and try to switch your hips with a fast paste walk. If you don't like exercising then dance for about 20-30 minutes, you will be still burning calories and fat. *3) Eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner but have a snack before lunch. But before each meal or everytime you eat take 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar and 1 tbsp lemon juice with 1/8 cup or 1/4 cup of water; but hurry and take it fast because the taste is not good. You will get use to it especially when you see the weight coming off and your belly fat shrinking, but still do 4-6 reps w/ 15 in each rep of ab crunches or sit ups on the days that you are not walking or jogging. Before you start do a body measurement 1st; like measuring your waist and thighs is a must. Do the workout plan and you are guranteed results after just 1 month. About the apple cider vinegar, it is proven to curve appetite, boost metabolism, and trim fat, especially fat that is around the belly. The lemon juice is citrus, so it burns calories and fat anyway. But have self-control when eating, because alot of us seems to cheat when dieting and when you cheat on your diet then you are suppose to increase your workout time to double the time, so instead of 20-30 minutes of workout increase it to 40-60 minutes. When foods are your favorite foods resist eating seconds, only eat enough to get rid of your hunger, but not to get full. Remember that your belly is only about the size of your fist. After you eat your meal, never go right to sleep, get busy doing something, like cleaning up, laundry, washing your car or something, increase your activities for the day. *Apple Cider Vinegar, feel free to use the store brand kind. *Lemon Juice, feel free to use the store brand kind, too. The lemon juice that is in the green and yellow bottle. *Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays do cardio workout for fat burning, calorie burning, and toning. Any cardio workout helps fat burning, calorie burning, and toning. *Tuesdays, Thursdays, do your ab workouts. It will be ok to skip and rest on some Sundays. *Stay dedicated. *When you get the extra weight off that you do not want, the thing to do to keep it off, is to always keep the 3 day cardio routine going, so that you can stay looking good, be more healthier, and to stay looking more younger. *Remember, have self- control when eating.
