ruined libido?

Issue
the birth control im on has ruined my libido..i dont get horny like at all anymore..changing bc is not an option..anything else I can do?

Best Tip
how long have you been on the birth control pill for? ive been on seeasonale for almost 2 years. and i noticed the same thing. the pillsa re known to decrease your libido, mine did after over a year of taking it. but its kicked way up again and im still on the pill. maybe you just going through a phase. if your that concerend they talk to your doctor about it =)

alos its good NOT to focus on "oh im not frisky, so i dont want to do anything cause the pills are causing this" make an effort. it usually worked for me,

If you figure something out, let my wife know. we use to have sex at least 3 times a week, now we are going on 1 every 2-3 months. birth control is 100% to blame
You could try using aphrodisiacs like oysters or chocolate. They say that extra zinc can increase sex drive, as well as certain pheramones that are put in some perfumes. I'm not sure how proven any of these methods are, but they might be worth a try.
They sell stuff at GNC and Vitamin World for that...
no not really, if changing birth control is out of the question then you are going to be this way..
But let me ask you a question to you and to the guy whose wife is completely dead from the waist down .
If you never have sex why do you need the birth control?
Seems kind of silly thing to put yourself through if you are going to not need it at all any way. I mean the bc is supposed to control the pregnancy potential by interrupting the cycle not by causing no sex in their lives.
Exercise and maybe see a shrink and eat right.
